United Gaming Announces Successful Upgrade to Quick Custom Intelligence’s Platform and Loyalty Version 3.3

United Gaming and Quick Custom Intelligence (“QCI”) jointly announced that United Gaming has successfully upgraded to version 3.3 of the QCI Platform and Loyalty. The QCI Platform is currently deployed throughout the 900+ locations that United Gaming operates in Georgia.

“QCI has done a wonderful job by making it easier to look at data from Intralot in a different manner. However, the most recent changes in their 3.3 release have brought some interesting and valuable additions to the QCI platform. The time period comparison is my favorite addition as it enables us to converge multiple metrics and criteria from different time periods to draw comparisons in an efficient way in a matter of few seconds,” said Hiren Gupta, Corporate Analyst for United Gaming.

CEO of QCI, Dr. Ralph Thomas stated that “United Gaming’s decision to migrate to the QCI Platform version 3.3, our seventh upgrade in 2021, shows the importance of continually enhancing our product to meet the needs of our customers. The enhancements to our product come from the collaborative approach QCI takes with our customers, gathering their valuable input to continually upgrade our tools. The QCI platform is installed with operators managing more than 100,000 gaming machines globally. We are proud of how our tools have become an important part of United Gaming’s operations.”
